Your Challenge
Do you want to make a real impact as a consultant? As a Junior Strategy Execution Consultant, you’ll work on challenging strategic issues at leading organizations. From day one, you’ll visit clients on-site and make a meaningful contribution—always as part of a team with colleagues and members of the client organization. You’ll inspire people to take action, not only through your expertise and skills but also through your personality. In this way, you’ll guide organizations toward the actual execution of solutions and results. In addition, you’ll help shape Turner’s professional development.
Typical Assignments
Turner specializes in Strategy Execution, so every project has both a strategy and an implementation component. As a Junior Consultant, you’ll contribute to projects that are considered “MUST-HAVES.” The goal is always the same: to deliver long-term value to the client.

- A completed bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration, economics, or a technical field.
- Decisive, energetic, and committed.
- Strong analytical and substantive skills (qualitative and quantitative).
- Skilled in multidisciplinary thinking and action.
- Proficient in AI and capable of using AI in a targeted and critical manner.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
