Lifelong Development (LLO)
Lifelong Learning (LLO) is playing an increasingly important role across the entire education sector, from postgraduate programs to corporate training modules, private training courses, and customized programs. Turner’s approach is based on three pillars. By the deadline for a grant application, a high-quality proposal is in place, the right internal stakeholders have been engaged in activation, and the organization has a clear vision for collaboration and a solid action plan. This ensures that collaboration on the first learning solutions can begin as early as “tomorrow.”
Result: Achieve annual revenue growth of 10 to 20% for the current LLO Portfolio and secure grants to give LLO a boost.
LLO Accelerator
With the LLO Accelerator, we first and foremost quickly and effectively assess the maturity of LLO within the organization within two weeks. What does the organization want to achieve, what is the current state of affairs, and what are the change challenges? Based on this, we develop a change program and action plan to successfully realize the quantitative and qualitative ambitions with LLO. This agile LLO approach makes it possible to immediately steer existing and new LLO activities.
Grant application
With expertise in CIVs, NGF, and other types of grant applications, Turner supports educational institutions in securing substantial LLO grants (€2 million). Together with the appropriate (internal) target groups, we develop the application into a compelling narrative that clarifies what the institution aims to achieve, how this is measurable, how the implementation is organized, and what is required for it.
Sustainable Relationships
Drawing on our extensive experience with public-private partnerships (PPPs) and other complex collaborative arrangements, we also support organizations in formulating a sustainable vision for collaboration and in determining the necessary investments and preconditions. Our “Strategy Execution” method fosters commitment and builds support.
