On Thursday 3 November 2022, Professor George Kohlrieser (IMD Lausanne, Switzerland) appeared exclusively before a select audience of Turner partners and clients for a live seminar on High Performance Leadership. This was a condensed version of Kohlrieser’s famous 6-day program that elevates experienced leaders to a higher level of leadership effectiveness.

Topics covered: The mind’s eye, cycle of bonding, difficult conversations/conflicts, communication/dialogue, secure bases, reflection, psychological safety.

Kohlrieser dealt with these topics both in a plenary setting and by facilitating heart-to-heart talks at individual tables.
