(Experienced) Financial Services Consultant

Your Challenge
As a Financial Services Consultant, you’ll help banks, insurance companies, pension funds, and other financial institutions turn their biggest challenges into tangible results. You combine strategic insight with change management to help organizations make and implement the right decisions—always as part of a team of Turners and in close collaboration with the client.
- How can we ensure that plan participants can count on a reliable pension even in times of change? We helped a large pension fund reassess and implement its strategy, including a future-proof governance model. In this way, we help foster clarity and trust for millions of plan participants in a changing pension landscape.
- How do we reconcile social ambition with business realism in strategic decision-making? We structured a bank’s portfolio management in such a way that investments contribute to both social objectives and sound business operations. In this way, we accelerate sustainable financing without losing control.
- How do we ensure that our services remain accessible and reliable—especially when it really counts? At an insurance company, we streamlined processes so that customers receive assistance more quickly and employees have the freedom to add value. Efficiency and customer focus went hand in hand in this effort.
You navigate between hard business aspects—such as analyses, business cases, and objectives—and soft aspects—such as Ownership, behavior, and leadership. You stay focused on the question behind the question, while remaining pragmatic enough to drive change. Because we believe that consulting is only valuable if it matters—to our clients and to society.

Your Profile
- You have completed a master’s degree at the university level, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- You have at least 3 years of work experience as an (external) consultant in the financial services industry, and you're ready to take the next step in your career.
- You have strong analytical skills, are results-oriented, and have an affinity for change management.
- You're a natural team player: energetic, proactive, and professional.
- You take the initiative and are proactive in identifying and addressing opportunities and challenges.
- You are proficient in AI and use (generative) AI in a focused and critical manner to develop impactful solutions.
- You want to make an impact, continue to develop yourself, and are looking for a place where you can grow.
- You have a fluent command of the Dutch language.
