Education Consultant
Your Challenge
As a Consultant, you’ll work on critical issues within the education sector, collaborating with a small team of Turner professionals and working closely with all levels of staff within educational institutions. This includes assignments such as developing and implementing strategic portfolio management, addressing digitization challenges from strategy through execution, and restructuring governance and organizational design so that institutions become more agile and better able to focus on results.
When interacting with the client and the project team, you are a constructively critical discussion partner who seeks to identify the question behind the question and isn’t afraid to suggest interventions. You combine the hard and business-related aspects (objectives, content, analysis, underlying business case) with the soft aspects (change management, Ownership, behavior, leadership). In doing so, you link strategic choices, organizational issues, and the day-to-day realities of employees and students.
You will help develop proposals to serve as the basis for business development and the further expansion of Turner Education. You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with (potential) clients.

Your Profile
- You have completed a master's degree at a university.
- You have 3+ years of work experience as an (external) consultant on projects with a strong analytical and business management focus, preferably within the education sector.
- You have a natural ability to connect people, strategic decisions, and day-to-day operations.
- You are proficient in AI and use (generative) AI in a focused and critical manner to develop impactful solutions.
- You have high standards, both professionally and personally.
- You know yourself, you know where your strengths lie, and you want to continue to grow.
Since the primary language of communication for our clients is predominantly Dutch, fluency in Dutch is required.
