Turner’s Growth Strategy
Turner pursues a growth strategy – both organically and through participations – adding new markets and areas of expertise to its service offering. In 2024, Birch, a management consultancy specialised in ecosystem innovation and data-driven strategy formulation, joined the Turner platform.
Turner works with investor NLI Capital to finance the growth strategy. NLI Capital is a minority investor. Its approach is known for being engaged in collaboration while remaining hands-off in control. Turner remains in the driver’s seat.
