Breakthrough: Check-in of improvement teams within the programs. To address the disappointing educational outcomes of the faculty, several improvement teams within the programs initiated a check-in with the involved teaching teams. This created a shared understanding of the causes and potential solutions to improve academic success, while also clarifying the contribution of team members.
Impact: Collaboration to enhance academic performance is taking place across all programs within the faculty. The improvement teams are intrinsically motivated to improve the outcomes.
