- A decisive core team with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build connections, serving as the driving force behind the PPP. An appropriate governance structure ensures effective management.
- A thorough initial phase for development and experimentation. In this phase, we link hypotheses about the business case to a detailed roadmap.
- A balanced alignment between long-term and short-term goals and results, with a focus on ensuring a balanced distribution of inputs and outputs. We monitor the risk of excessive opportunism regarding subsidies.
- Direct involvement in the collaboration from the very beginning. The actual collaboration is already embedded in the startup phase.
