Turner and the Turner speed skating team are moving forward together into the new 2024–2025 speed skating season!
The Turner Speed Skating Team (STT) and Turner are teaming up for another speed skating season. For the sixth consecutive year, Turner is sponsoring the Turner Speed Skating Team.
Team Changes and New Faces
There have been a few changes within the team. Core skaters Tjilde Bennis and Evi Gelling are staying on, while Sophie Kraaijeveld and Janne Berkhout are the new members joining the team. Turner is looking forward to seeing the talented Sophie and Janne shine in the coming season. In addition, we are saying goodbye to Dieuwertje van Kalken as an STT marathon skater. After five years as part of the Turner skating team, she is retiring from top-level competitive marathon skating. Turner is grateful to Dieuwertje for her fantastic dedication and enthusiasm over the past few years. Dieuwertje van Kalken will remain involved as part of STT’s support team.
