The Turner Speed Skating Team is officially up and running!
Starting this winter , Eline Cox, Manon Gremmen, Judith Krabbenborg, Iza Stekelenburg, and Janet Beers will be competing in the blue and red of Team Turner. All five combine careers in the medical field with top-level marathon speed skating.
The team was formed earlier this year on Lake Weissensee. Its goal: to show that elite sports and social impact are not mutually exclusive, but rather reinforce each other. Turner recognizes this mindset and, as the team’s title sponsor, supports its mission and development.
A trusted sponsor with a new lineup
Turner is no stranger to the marathon scene. Since 2019, Turner has sponsored successful teams, including those featuring Lisa van der Geest and Iris van der Stelt. After the previous team disbanded, the stage was set for a new team—with a unique proposition.

We have enormous respect for their dedication and perseverance. We look forward to attending the races again with business associates, colleagues, family, and friends. The speed skating team brings us together.”
